It was a beautiful late December evening. Cold and crisp without a drop or rain. We arrived just as the sun was setting for Jessica and Tony’s evening wedding at McMenimans Edgefield which just happens to be one of my favorite places in the northwest.
The night was spent with many friends and family, laughter, good times, good music, and most of all good love.

The excitement of middle of the night text messages announcing “it’s time” made my heart flutter! Sharing in this amazing home water birth was such an incredible honor, words cannot even express how it feels to be a part of the first moments of a babies life. Welcoming a beautiful daughter and new little sister to this family all in the peace and comfort of their home.
